Istanbul's logistics advantage

Why Istanbul changes the delivery equation

Istanbul operates two major international airports, one of the most active container ports on the Mediterranean-Black Sea corridor (Ambarlı), and direct road and rail freight connections into Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, and the Middle East. Every shipment we manage benefits from this infrastructure — whether it is an urgent air freight consignment of instrumentation components or a full container of boron products.
Sea freight — Ambarlı Port, Istanbul

FCL and LCL services to all major ports. Iraq (Um Qasr): 10–14 days. UAE (Jebel Ali): 12–18 days. Egypt (Alexandria): 5–8 days. India (Nhava Sheva): 18–24 days. Pakistan (Karachi): 20–26 days.

Air freight — Istanbul Airport

Urgent instrumentation, NDT equipment, or small boron samples. Istanbul Airport connects to 300+ destinations. Transit times: Middle East 1–2 days, Central Asia 2–3 days, Africa 2–4 days.

Road freight — regional corridor

Direct road freight to Iraq, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, and Romania. Faster than sea freight for these destinations. Tracked door-to-door with customs brokerage at border.

Full documentation package

Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading / airway bill, certificate of origin, COA, MSDS, phytosanitary certificate (where required), and EUR.1 movement certificate for EU preference.
